General Admission is $10 (+tax) VIP Admission is $25 (+tax)

Where should I park?
Free parking is available at the resort.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, The Chateau Resort is wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators as well as handicap parking.

What kind of bag or cart can I bring to the event?
Backpacks and totes are welcome. A rolling book cart is also allowed.
NOT ALLOWED: large rolling wagons or luggage, large duffel bags. If you have a specific bag question please reach out!

Are pets allowed?
Only service animals that are covered under the American with Disabilities Act are allowed.

Where can I find a map of the event?
A map will be posted on the website and our social media closer to the event. There will also be paper copies available day of.

How do I attend panels?
Panels are first come first serve and there is a max capacity of the room. We will have a volunteer at the door keeping count. If you miss a panel, check out the next one!

How do I sign up for workshops?
Our workshop hosts will be providing a signup closer to the event so keep an eye out on our socials and website for the announcement.

Can I take photos with authors?
Different authors have different comfortability levels with photos. Please ask and be respectful.

Will authors sign memorabilia?
Most authors do not mind signing things other than books as long as it is not inappropriate. Please ask the specific author.

How do I enter the tricky tray raffle?
Bringing donation items will gain you tickets to enter. You will also be able to purchase tickets for the raffle. Raffle winners MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE for the announcement to win.
